HOUSE MANUAL

 

1. **DOOR LOCK:** The keypad password for the door will be sent to you via text before your arrival. Press the five-digit code and the unlock button to open.

 

2. **WIFI:** Connect to "CM Guest" for Wi-Fi with the password

 

3. **GAS GRILL:** A propane gas grill can be rented for $60 per stay. Please inform me in advance if you need one. The use of charcoal or other fire-hazardous cooking utensils inside the building or on the balcony is prohibited. Please use them in the designated fire pit area.

 

4. **EVACUATION MAP:** Find evacuation maps attached to the refrigerator, indicating the location of the Fire Extinguisher, Wi-Fi router, and thermostats.

 

5. **FIRE EXTINGUISHER:** On the first floor, the fire extinguisher is above the kitchen countertop and another one is above the bar sink and beside the refrigerator. On the second floor, one is next to the game room door, and another is next to the princess room door.

 

6. **SMOKE DETECTOR:** Each room has one fire alarm, and common areas like the living and dining room have three. In total, 20 smoke alarms are installed throughout the house.

 

7. **THERMOSTAT:** All rooms automatically adjust the temperature with a digital Google thermostat. If needed, you can manually control the room temperature. The master bedroom and queen room thermostats are between the doors of each room. The Boat Room and Princess Room thermostats are located similarly. The deer room and game room thermostats are in the deer room. The kitchen and dining room temperatures are automatically adjusted. The king room has an additional wall air conditioning unit. If assistance is needed, please let me know.

 

8. **AMAZON FIRE TV & GOOGLE CHROMECAST:** 

   - **Great Room TV:** Set channel to #3. Use the Fire TV remote to turn on and watch Amazon Prime or news.

   - **King Room TV:** Set HDMI 3 for Amazon Fire TV.

   - **Deer's Room TV:** Set HDMI 3 for Amazon Fire TV and HDMI 1 for Chromecast.

   - **Game Room TV:** Set HDMI #1 for Xbox One, #2 for Amazon Fire TV, and #3 for Chromecast.

 

9. **AMAZON ECHO:** Listen to music by connecting to the Amazon Echo Dot via Bluetooth. Located in the Great Room: "CM Great Room Echo."

 

10. **ARCADE GAME:** Power on the Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball machine or arcade games in the game room by using the switch on the window side.

 

11. **KITCHEN EXHAUST FAN:** Turn on the oven ventilation fan using the switch on the island's side. This also activates the kitchen light. Another cooking vent hood fan is installed in the oven.

 

12. **SHADED RAMP:** Shaded ramps, excluding bedrooms, are automatically controlled for lighting.

 

13. **GARBAGE:** Dispose of trash in a bag and use the trash can on the back balcony of the kitchen.

 

14. **LIFE JACKET:** Wear a life jacket when boarding a boat or canoe; find them under the bench at the dock.

 

15. **FREE CANOE & Kayaks:** Enjoy a free canoe and kayaks rental! Apply in advance to secure your booking.

 

16. **STEAM IRON:** Find it in the storage room across from the laundry room.

 

17. **DRINKING WATER:** We provide the best-purified water through a 5-filter system (APEC WATER ROES-50 The Essence Reverse Osmosis System).

 

18. **PARKING:** Up to 20 vehicles, including passenger cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks, can be parked. Cargo trucks and trailers are not permitted. Inform the host in advance of the number of vehicles.

 

19. **ROUTER REBOOT.** - There are 6 MESH WIFI(340 MPS) routers in the accommodation. If your connection is lost due to service issues, and the router's red light is on, unplug and plug in the power cable. The light will turn blue, indicating a reconnection to the Internet. Refer to the evacuation map for router locations.

 

20. **REPELLENT & FIRST AID BOX.** - The bar sink cabinet drawer contains mosquito bug repellent spray, ThermaCell repellent, itching cream, and a First Aid box. Please utilize these items as needed.

 

21. **BLUETOOTH SPEAKER.** - 

A. Turn on the power with the white switch on the back.

B. Use the left knob on the small radio to turn it on and      max the volume.

C. Set the right knob to USB mode.

D. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.

E. Pair with "Pyle Turntable."

F. Adjust the volume on your phone.

G. After use, please turn off the power with the white switch on the back.

*The large radio at the bottom is not working.
