In your quest for the perfect event venue, look no further than Castle Marion—it's the ultimate solution! 

Behold the expansive outdoor yard and parking lot, creating an enchanting setting for small weddings, wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions, baby showers, etc.  

But that's not all! Should you require them, essential event equipment is rental available, adding an extra touch of grandeur to your occasion. Castle Marion, where every event transforms into a breathtaking spectacle!

 

Opting to host your event at Castle Marion comes with significant advantages. We offer the rental of essential event equipment. The venue boasts numerous picturesque spots for photos. Convenience is key, as accommodation is available on-site, eliminating the need to relocate after the event.



 

EVENT POLICY

 

Event attendees = Guests + Visitors(Invitees) + event staff 

People attending the party, including guests, visitors(Invitees), and event staff (Priest, DJ, Chef, etc.) 

When a guest applies for an event and receives permission.

It is limited to 45 people. 

 

Guest = A person who sleeps overnight in accommodation. Limited to 18 people

 

Visitor(Invitor) = A person who has received permission from outside and visited the accommodation. ($25 per person per visit, up to 15 people daily. ).

 

1. **UP TO 45  - The total number of attendees for the event is up to 45, including guests and visitors (including children aged two and above). 

 

This house can have a maximum of 18 people staying overnight, but up to 45 people are allowed to enter simultaneously.

 

Example.

Guests 10 + Visitor 35 = Attendees 45 —> OK

Guests 5 + Visitor 38 = Attendees 43 —> OK

Guests 18 + Visitor 25 = Attendees 43 —> OK

Guests 10 + Visitor 36 = Attendees 46 —> Sorry… 

 

2. ** EVENT FEE:**  - Event fees will be provided after consultation.

 

3. ** EVENT TIME:**  -  The event time is from noon to midnight.

 

4. **EQUIPMENT:**  - For events, equipment rental services such as tables and chairs are included.
Bringing in event equipment from outside is prohibited to protect the yard lawn, landscape lights, and sprinkler heads.

If you require equipment such as tables or chairs for an outdoor event, please rent the equipment provided by us. 

Equipment rental fees will be provided after consultation.

if you need additional equipment, you can bring it in after obtaining permission from the host.

Rental equipment list: 36 chairs, 6 round tables, 3 square tables for serving food, a 20X10 Canopy, wedding arch,

 

The host performs installation and removal.

It is a great choice if your event is held outdoors.

5. **CANCEL:**  - Cancellation can be made until 10 PM the day before the event and a full refund will be issued. Cancellation on the day of the event is not possible and no refund will be given.

 

6. **PREPARATION:**  - Event organizers may bring any food, beverages, flower pots, or decorations they need.

Event organizers may bring necessary items such as audio systems with the host's permission.

 

7. **LEAVE:**  - Event attendees must leave by midnight.

 

8. **EVICTION:**  - Should the guest and their party fail to adhere to the house rules, engage in disruptive behavior, create excessive noise, or bring unauthorized guests or visitors (invitees), the host reserves the right to cancel all events and promptly evict the guest and their party from the accommodation without issuing a refund.

 

9. **EXTRA:**  - Guests hosting an event must first obtain permission from the host. The exact date of attendance number of visitors(invitees), and the number of parking vehicles must be reported and permission must be obtained. Guests must contact the host immediately if there is an unexpected guests or visitors(invitees). If the guest is not notified, a fine of $100 per person per visit will be charged at a later date. is imposed.

 

10. **PARKING:**  - Up to 20 passenger cars, pickup trucks, and minivans are allowed to park, but cargo trucks and trailers, buses are not allowed to enter the premises.

 

To protect the yard's lawn, landscape lights, and sprinkler heads, guests must notify the host in advance regarding the number of vehicles that will be parked or visiting and obtain permission.

 

11. **INSURANCE COVER:**  - The host needs to know the exact number of guests and invitees. This is one of the responsibilities that a rental platform company requires of hosts. If there is injury to a guest or damage to property, the Insurance company may not provide insurance benefits. Therefore, when applying for a reservation, guests must provide the exact number of guests, number of visitors by date, and number of parked vehicles.

 

12. **NO SHOES:**  - Please remove shoes outside the front door to keep our living space clean. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any traces of shoes inside. Feel free to bring your slippers or use the disposable ones we provide. 

 

13. **BALCONY TABLE:**  - Guests who sign up for an outdoor event can set up a table on the balcony, accommodating up to 18 people. If setting up a table outdoors is difficult due to weather or other reasons, please contact us for more details.

 

13. **PRE-EVENT SITE VISIT:**  - Before hosting an event, guests desiring to use the venue can conduct a pre-event site visit.

          PRE-EVENT SITE VISIT RULES

  • A. Guests intending to host an event must initiate contact with the host, providing comprehensive information and an explanation about their event plans, and secure permission.

  • B. Upon obtaining permission, guests must make accommodation reservations and settle the event fees.

  • C. Only guests with confirmed reservations can participate in the pre-event site visit.

  • D. Guests must schedule an appointment by coordinating the date and time of their visit with the host.

  • E. During the visit, guests are allowed a 30-minute tour of the yard and garden but are not permitted to enter the house.

  • F. If the guest is dissatisfied with the chosen location for the party, they have the option to cancel their accommodation reservation.

  • G. Guests are eligible for a full refund of their lodging costs if they cancel up to one month before their scheduled stay. This accommodation cancellation policy adheres to the regulations set by the rental platform company.

  • H. A complete refund of the event fee is available for guests who cancel by 10 p.m. on the day preceding the scheduled event date. Cancellation on the day of the event is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

 

The guest acknowledges having read and agreed to the above policy by making a reservation. Unexplained policy aspects will follow the regulations of the rental platform company.
